1.HP「お問い合わせ」のページよりフォームをご送信ください。1~2日以内にご回答メールを差し上げます。万が一、メールの返信がない場合,またはお問い合わせページより送信が完了しません場合はtoma@htrturkeytours.com に直接ご連絡ください。この時点ではまだご予約は成立しておりません。

2. ご希望の内容をリクエストとしてお受けし、ご回答とともにご予約フォームを送信いたします。

3. ご依頼の内容にご同意いただきましたら、ご予約フォームをご返信ください(パスワード付きのファイル/パスワードは別メールにお知らせください /情報を分けてくださっても結構ですにてご送信ください。お電話やFaxでのご連絡もお受けいたします。お電話の場合は、時差をご考慮くださりご連絡ください。(日本より-6時間)

4. ご予約金(ツアー料金の30%ほど/メールにてご案内いたしますをご指定のクレジットカードにご請求いたします。この手続きが完了した際にご予約が正式に成立したことといたします。ご予約金はクレジットカード決済にてお受けいたしますが、銀行振り込み(海外送金も可能です。銀行振り込みの場合はツアー日より10日以上前のご入金確認が必要となりますので、余裕をもってお問い合わせいただきますようお願いいたします。また、送金手数料はご自身でのご負担となります。クレジットカードの場合はご予約金決済に関する手数料はなく、ご入金の確認に時間がかかりません。

5. 手配が完了しましたら、ご予約確認書(バウチャー)をメールにて送信いたします。航空券が含まれます場合は、e-ticketを送信いたします。手配完了のご連絡の際には、現地での緊急連絡先や現地スタッフとの待ち合わせ方法や時間等をお知らせいたします。

6. ご予約後の追加手配も可能です。この場合はご予約フォームを改めてご送信いただく必要はありません。

7. ご質問やご要望等、お気軽にご相談ください。お見積もり手数料は一切かかりませんので、ご安心ください。

*キャンセレーションポリシー*

・ホテルや既に発券した航空券やチケットについてはそれぞれの機関でのキャンセレーションポリシーに準じます。

・気球ツアーは前日午前中までのご連絡があれば、キャンセル料は発生しません。

・ホテルやツアーなどを組み合わせたパッケージでの内容ですと1ヶ月前より料金の10%2週間前より20%7~3日前は30%、前々日と前日は50%、当日/ツアー開始後やNo Show の場合は全額のキャンセル料が発生します。予約手続きが済み、予約金の決済が完了した後のキャンセルで1ヶ月以上前のお申し出の場合は、入金いただいた予約金を返金いたしますが、その際、返金手数料(10~40euro/ツアー料金によります)等を差し引いた額を返金いたします。 また、ご予約後の手配・確保済みの内容の取り消しや変更を規定の手数料で処理できない場合はその分を追加徴収いたします。
